Jordan’s journey in construction began at age 14, when he started working for a general contractor in Kinston, NC. He earned a B.S. in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University and built his career as a Superintendent for a regional construction firm, where he gained valuable experience with large-scale and sustainable building practices. In 2012, Jordan founded Streamline Developers, a residential construction company that now builds approximately 115 custom and semi-custom homes per year along the North Carolina coast. Known for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and a client-first approach, Jordan has earned a strong reputation as a leader in the regional building industry. In 2024, recognizing the opportunity to expand his impact, Jordan partnered with industry veterans Andy Garrett and Brannon Lancaster to launch Bridgewater Builders, Inc. Together, they bring a unified vision to elevate the homebuilding experience by combining real estate expertise, construction excellence, and a shared commitment to quality.

Andy Garrett is a seasoned real estate professional with over 27 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate sales, and residential development. A North Carolina native, Andy began his career in timberland acquisition before moving into sales and marketing, working alongside some of the nation’s leading developers to successfully position and sell residential communities. In response to the 2009 market downturn, Andy

relocated to Southwest Florida, where he led acquisition and disposition strategies for distressed properties. He later expanded into home renovation, completing over 500 single-family home redevelopments. In 2020, Andy co-founded a homebuilding company in Southeastern North Carolina with Brannon Lancaster, aiming to meet the region’s growing housing demand. That shared vision took its next step in 2025 when Andy, Brannon, and prominent builder Jordan Maroules combined their expertise to launch Bridgewater Builders, Inc.—a company focused on delivering superior homes and a seamless building experience across the Wilmington area and beyond.

Born and raised in Fayetteville, NC, Brannon Lancaster was immersed in real estate from a young age through his family’s brokerage firm. He launched his career at St. James Plantation in Southport, NC, where he quickly became a top performer. His entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found a custom homebuilding business, which later pivoted to focus on commercial upfit projects supporting local business development. Brannon expanded his construction expertise by working for one of the country’s top homebuilders, where he gained crucial insight into daily operations and communication workflows. He later returned to the sales and marketing side of the business, helping reinvigorate the community at Summerhouse on Everett Bay. In 2025, Brannon partnered with Andy Garrett and Jordan Maroules to form Bridgewater Builders, Inc.
