Can I use my own house plan?
Yes. You can choose one of our featured plans, customize one, or bring your own design. We'll review it and price it with you.
What do I need to get started?
The lot address or parcel number is enough to start. A survey, any HOA guidelines, and soil or septic information help us price more accurately.
How is building on my lot financed?
Most homeowners use a construction-to-permanent loan. We can connect you with our designated lender, who knows our process and timelines.
Does my home still get the warranty?
Yes. Every Bridgewater home includes a 10-year structural warranty through Quality Builders Warranty (QBW).
